Very Good
We stayed for a night at the suite which was large and comfortable with beautiful views of Patong beach. The breakfast was great. Overall the hotel is well maintained and close to the very busy Patong beach but in a much more peaceful area.
Location is not ideal with quite a walk uphill to reach the hotel so you need transportation. Access from lobby to rooms is by cart which can be a hassle whereas the route from the lobby to pools and restaurants is a winding set of stairs or an elevator.

Amazing hotel but without a good beach area
The hotel is clean, had beautiful views and is located in a very good spot, good distance from noisy streets but at the same time walking distance from Patong area. The breakfast is amazing, staff are good and helpful.
The property is located at very nice location by the sea, the view is amazing, however, it is not possible to swim at the hotel beach because there are big stones. I also got food poisoned at the hotel restaurant and also my colleague had stomach issues after the restaurants food. When I asked for the manager I was told that manager is not available and only the restaurant’s chef spoke to me saying there is no guarantee I got food poisoned at his restaurant and there is nothing he could do!

when I checked out I didn't get my deposit refunded on the spot. I was told it would be two weeks before it will be credited back. Not good customer service.
